Some of this information constitutes sensitive personal data within the meaning of art. 5 nFADP (data revealing the intimate sphere or sexual life). It is collected only on the basis of your explicit consent, obtained when the form is submitted, and only to the extent you choose to provide it.

The data is used exclusively to assess your application, contact you and, in the event of collaboration, establish the necessary contractual framework. It is never used for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
Legal basis and retention period
Processing is based on your explicit consent, obtained when the form is submitted. Data from applications that are not retained is deleted after [duration to complete — e.g. 12 months], unless otherwise required by law.
Data recipients and transfer abroad
