• Declared identity (first name or pseudonym, date of birth)
• Contact details (email, phone) and preferred contact channel
• Country and, where applicable, canton of residence
• Communication language
• Availability and how you heard about us
• Sensitive data voluntarily provided: profile (gender identity) and intended fields of activity (adult film and/or escort), with the corresponding experience level
• Content of any free-text message submitted in the form

Some of this information constitutes sensitive personal data within the meaning of art. 5 nFADP (data revealing the intimate sphere or sexual life). It is collected only on the basis of your explicit consent, obtained when the form is submitted, and only to the extent you choose to provide it.

Purposes of processing

The data is used exclusively to assess your application, contact you and, in the event of collaboration, establish the necessary contractual framework. It is never used for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on your explicit consent, obtained when the form is submitted. Data from applications that are not retained is deleted after [duration to complete — e.g. 12 months], unless otherwise required by law.

Data recipients and transfer abroad

Your data is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. It is, however, processed by the technical providers strictly necessary for the site to operate: hosting and the delivery service for application emails. The latter [sending provider — to complete, e.g. Resend, Inc.] may be located outside Switzerland and the European Union (e.g. in the United States). Such a transfer only takes place with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent) and is limited to the data necessary to deliver your application.
