Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Studio Helvetia website, dedicated to the recruitment and introduction of adults wishing to work in the adult film industry and/or as an escort in Switzerland.

Eligibility

Access to the site and submission of an application are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or over. Applications are open to residents of Switzerland as well as other European countries; as the activity takes place in Switzerland, you must be entitled to work there, with residence and permit matters addressed during the interview. A valid ID will be requested to confirm your adulthood before any collaboration.

Nature of the service

Studio Helvetia carries out recruitment and intermediary activity for the adult film industry and for escort agencies: introduction to productions and agencies, information on the legal framework and support of the people recruited. This website is for applications and information; it does not itself host or distribute any pornographic content and offers no sexual services.

User obligations

• Not impersonate a third party

Right to one's image and consent

Any capture, use and distribution of your image is subject to prior written consent specifying the media, duration and distribution territories. You retain control over your image within the limits set by the contract and may, as far as possible, request the removal of content not yet distributed. Proof of adulthood (ID) is verified and stored securely, in accordance with data protection.

Liability

Studio Helvetia acts as an intermediary. Any shoot or engagement will be subject to a separate contract specifying the terms, remuneration (fees or rates), agreed limits and, where applicable, the distribution rights of each party.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is [city — to complete], subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
